• Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed.
• Canvas / Poster / Metal Sign: These items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
• International orders: Delivery may take additional time due to customs clearance. Please note that we have no control over the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience caused by potential delays.

If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, don't worry. Just send us an email at support@caeliv.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund. In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products' attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ....), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee.
