At caeliv.com, we value your trust and are committed to your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. This applies to both personalized and non-personalized items.

Personalized pieces are handcrafted specifically for you. Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipping. A 20% restocking fee applies unless the error is on our end, in which case we offer a free replacement or full refund.

Return/Exchange for Defective Items

  1. Email us at support@caeliv.com.
  2. Include clear photos of the item and a description of the issue (no need to return defective items).
  3. We’ll respond within 48 hours. You may choose a refund or a replacement.
  4. If return is needed, a label will be provided. Send the item back within 10 days.
  5. Seasonal grace periods (e.g., Christmas) may allow up to 60 days for returns.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders begin processing immediately after payment.
  2. As items are made to order, please notify us within 24 hours to cancel.
  3. Cancellation is only possible before shipment.
  4. We will confirm your cancellation promptly.
  5. To make changes (name, photo, etc.), please also notify us within 24 hours at support@caeliv.com.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval. Timing may vary based on your payment provider.
