Caeliv is an independent studio based internationally, with customers across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia. Depending on your bank, you may be notified that the transaction is processed by an overseas merchant. This is normal and secure.
In some cases, your bank may apply a small international transaction fee depending on its policies.
All prices are listed in USD. If your bank operates in a different currency, the final amount may vary slightly based on real-time exchange rates.
At this time, Caeliv does not support cash-on-delivery orders.
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit & debit cards, Apple Pay, American Express — orders are processed after secure verification.
PayPal — you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure gateway to complete the purchase, then returned to Caeliv to confirm your order.
