Find Your Tracking Number

Check your email for a shipping confirmation from us. The subject line will be "Your Caeliv Order Has Shipped."

Click the Tracking Link

Use the link in your email, or paste the tracking number into your carrier's website.

Follow Your Package

Get real-time updates. Carriers usually update tracking every 24–48 hours.


Tracking FAQs

Why isn't my tracking number working?
It can take 24–48 hours for tracking to appear. If it's still not active, email us at support@caeliv.com.

Tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive it?
Check with neighbors and your porch/mailbox. If still missing after 48 hours, contact your local post office. Then reach out to us within 30 days.

Why is it going through another city?
International packages pass through sorting centers — this is normal. Only reach out if the final address is incorrect.

How often does tracking update?
Usually every 24–48 hours. During holidays or international shipments, it might take longer.

  • USPS – US orders (3–7 business days)
  • DHL eCommerce – International delivery (7–15 business days)
  • UPS – Express options (2–3 business days)
  • FedEx – Oversize/weight-based shipping (3–5 business days)
